You will need:
A pink candle
2 pieces of Rose Quartz
Rose Essential Oil
Jasmine Essential Oil
Pink is used as it represents romance, affection, emotional healing and devotion.
Rose Quartz is the stone of universal love, we are holding them to our hearts to activate the heart chakra and feel love both coming in and going out to the universe.
Rose is used for it also represents love, romance, peace, happiness & self care.
Jasmine is used for sensuality, seduction, love, spirituality & harmony.
Light your pink candle and some incense of your choice to unwind from the pressures of the day and allow yourself to reconnect with your inner core.
Run the rose quartz through the incense to cleanse them of any negative energy they may be carrying.
Add a couple of drops of Rose to one piece of Rose Quartz and the same of Jasmine to the other piece.
Hold the crystals together in your left hand and hold them to your chest where your heart chakra is.
Close your eyes and think of all the love in the world emanating through you and from you.
Stay in this meditative state for a few minutes, feel their vibrational energy moving through you as hold them for 3 minutes.
Blow out the candle and keep the rose quartz under your pillow for one night, to enhance chakral love and to attract compassion and warmth into your life.
